Pineapple Company is a regional distributor specializing in daily commodities. The calm days are disrupted when the boss, Qiao Yusi (played by Li Yu), and his wife Guan Qiuyue (played by Zhang Meng), suddenly propose a plan for separate management, leaving everyone in a state of panic. In order to prove his management capabilities to his wife, the stingy Qiao Yusi resorts to various tricks, but the second boss, Gao Yin (played by Fu Jia), is a clever and cunning person, which results in the company's business not going smoothly. However, smart sales director Yan Liwei (played by Wei Qianxiang), and charming and coquettish accountant Hu Na (played by Chen Xinyu), along with other employees, find their place in the company based on their abilities. This group of people in the Pineapple Company spends their days playing and joking around, engaging in intellectual battles in their work. However, when the company's interests are threatened or when a colleague faces a crisis, they all step up and support each other. Gradually, they go through various experiences together, and their friendship deepens. On New Year's Eve, colleagues and bosses who couldn't go home together make dumplings.
